Returns

Ready-to-wear pieces from Foundation, Vesper, and Field may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Write to us with your order number and we'll confirm the next steps directly, rather than routing you through a self-service portal.

We don't charge a restocking fee, and we don't make this harder than it needs to be. Plans change.

Atelier

Made-to-measure pieces are final sale. Because each Atelier piece is cut to individual measurement and built from a fabrication that may never be produced again, it cannot be resold or restocked the way a ready-to-wear piece can.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us immediately. This is the one case where we'd rather hear from you too soon than too late.
